Our internship program at Malta Surf School offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop new skills, and immerse yourself in an active, ocean-driven lifestyle.
Malta is not only a beautiful destination but also an ideal place to learn and practice English, with its welcoming atmosphere and vibrant international community. During your internship, you'll assist with a variety of activities, including surf lessons, wakeboarding, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), customer service, equipment management, content creation, and event organization.
As part of your internship, you’ll have the chance to try and enjoy all these activities alongside our team, giving you the ultimate hands-on experience while also improving your language skills. Whether you're passionate about coaching, marketing, or hospitality, we tailor the experience to match your interests and strengths.
