When In Malta the sea is flat and not to much wind we practice Stand up paddle (SUP). 📒Here is some information about the Sup lesson,🚣‍♂️ *The lesson is a beginner lesson where we start on the beach with some info about the board and the spot ,then I will show you all the technique to stand up on the board and achieve the correct way to paddle 😊 And then we go in the water (max waist deep)😊 i always going to stay close to you to help you , with my tips you going to stand up 100% the first lesson understand how to turn and slowly slowly you going to practice the way how to get the full control of board, once you find your flow we are ready to discover the bay and share good vibes, 😊 😍😎🤙🏄‍♀️🏄‍♂️🚣‍♀️🚣‍♂️🌅.
